Not Without My Father - our beach in winter, 2006
My relationship with my father was always very complicated and filled with resentment and sadness. After I worked on this project with him, both of our lives changed radically. He is everything to me, and while I don’t need Father’s Day to appreciate that, I love everyone showing love for their fathers. Thanks dad for being you, and for allowing me to make this wonderful body of work with you.
